🚫 Cancellation Policy

 

Customers have 48 hours from the time of purchase to cancel their order. After the 48-hour window, all sales are final and your order will begin processing. No cancellations will be accepted past this period. Please double-check your order details before submitting.

 

 

Shipping Timeframes

 

At NVBEAUTYEXPRESS, all orders are handmade and processed with care. Please allow the following timeframes for shipping:


  • 3D Bonnets: May take up to 2 weeks to be processed and shipped due to their custom nature and size.
  • All Other Items: Typically ship within 7 business days.


Once your item ships, you’ll receive a USPS tracking number to follow your delivery.

Please note: These timeframes are for processing & shipping out — USPS delivery time may vary depending on your location.


Returns & Refunds 

At NVBEAUTYEXPRESS, we take pride in the quality and hygiene of our products. Due to the nature of our items and for the safety and satisfaction of all our customers, we have a strict no return, no refund policy.



No Returns



We do not accept any returns under any circumstances. This includes items that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, all sales are final.



Refunds – Only in Case of Wrong Item Sent



We only offer refunds if you were sent the wrong product. If this happens:


  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must remain unopened and in its original condition.
  • You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
  • Shipping costs will be reimbursed once we receive the incorrect item and confirm its condition.



We will then send out the correct product or issue a refund if the correct item is no longer available.



No Refunds for Correct Orders



If you received the item you ordered, we do not issue refunds—no exceptions.


 Shipping & Address Policy

 

We ship all orders through USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text (depending on the contact info provided at checkout).


Customers are responsible for:

  • Tracking their package using the tracking number provided
  • Entering a correct and complete shipping address
  • Leaving a valid email and/or phone number to receive tracking updates

NVBEAUTYEXPRESS is not responsible for:


  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect info provided at checkout
  • Replacements or refunds for missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses


Chargeback Policy

 

 

 

If you choose to file a chargeback with your bank, please be aware that NVBEAUTYEXPRESS keeps full documentation of all orders, tracking numbers, and communication.


We have all of our store policies clearly posted and accessible before and after checkout, including our cancellation, shipping, and refund terms. These will be submitted to your bank as part of our dispute response.


Submitting a chargeback without following proper return/refund procedures may be considered fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to take further action in cases of chargeback abuse.
